In the year of 2018, Cape Town-born Fiona Goottsch founded F/C Financial Services after years of experience in the financial and call center industry. With the grand vision to assist South Africans with financial difficulties, our founder started her mission at the offices of The Mother City's CBD before transferring to Boston, Cape Town, where her one-person call center expanded to heights that she herself did not expect. Alongside a strong team of both inexperienced and experienced staff members, our founder surpassed many difficulties and complications that come with not just owning but also running a call center that services debt relief programs. One of those challenges took place in the middle of the Pandemic when she had to further trust her employees to continue work from home before having to put a halt to business due to the uncomfortable situation of many individual South Africans. Today, we are encouraged by her comeback! Fiona Goottsch not only rose from the Pandemic, but she also made it her mission to make sure that the Kingdom of financial assistants continued to crown our South Africans with a smile after the hard and unexpected journeys. Queens Consulting was formed to promise South Africans not just a debt-free life but also a long-term group of princes and princesses that are a phone call away to answer any financial related questions even after being cleared from blacklist. ​Queens Consulting is an image of women rising, a reminder that when you fall the only way is upwards. You fall, you rise - crawl, stand, then strut the catwalk - both in your personal life and with your finances. ​We opened our doors to former and new faces in Bellivlle, Cape Town (close to Melomed Hospital), where we started the day with bright smiles and end it with a sense of peace for having helped at least one client become financially happy. At our call center, we pride ourselves on giving the best services to our potential clients and continue to build on our relationships with current clients. This year, 2024, we've made communication easier between the company and the client. We've improved on our application process by including a WhatsApp platform that is consistent even after office hours. We've built a website for our potential clients to better understand our potential, our vision and services.
