Debt Mediation
This is the process of when we mediate communication and payments between your creditors and yourself. We do all the communication while you focus n your day-to-day duties.
Duration: dependable on your installment and due credit amount, can be between 3 to 18 months.

Debt Review
This is for clients who are struggling to meet their incomplete large sum of debt . What happens after you have signed the Form is that we will approach your creditors and makes payment arrangements on your behalf, reducing your payments to a manageable fixed amount monthly.
Duration: dependable on your installment and due credit amount, can be from 6 months onwards.

Debt Settlement
This process is like the Debt Mediation process.
Duration: dependable on your installment and your capability of payment, can be from 1 to 2 months.

Administration Removal
This means that we as your appointed Administrator will ensure that you pay the amount due in terms of a judgment or other financial serious agreements, this process similar to the Debt Settlement process.
Duration: this is a fixed amount which is payable within 1 or 2 months installments..

Debt Review Removal
This is when you would like to terminate your Debt Review process and to have the notice removed from your credit reports.
Duration: this is a fixed amount which is payable within 1 or 2 months installments.

Judgement Removal
This is when you would like to terminate the Judgement notice on your credit report.
Duration: this is a fixed amount which is payable within 1 or 2 months installments.

ITC Clearance
This refers to having your credit record cleared, and to remove any former and paid-up debt that was completed through a Debt Counselor.
Duration: this is a fixed amount which is payable within 1 or 2 months.

Personal Loan
This is an amount of money you can borrow to use for a variety of purposes such an emergency.
Duration: loan re-payments are only available to clients who have completed a service with us and have obtained their ITC Clearance, the maximum duration for the repayment is 6 months.

Stopping of Repossession
This means that we assist you by obtaining your repossessed assets. This process includes one of our debt solution services along with communicating with your creditors to release your goods.
